humble beginnings
where it all started
We're second generation Restaurateurs. Our parents immigrated to America from Greece in the 1970s, and worked hard - day in, and day out - to provide for our family by operating their own diner.
Growing up, my siblings and I worked hard alongside my parents, and fell in love with the restaurant business. For us, there's nothing more rewarding than offering our community a place to enjoy delicious food with friends and family.
Our Philosophy

All of our meals are influenced by family recipes, and we take great pride in our family and our food. Thats why we only use fresh ingredients, and prepare all of our meals in-house. Even our sauces and marinades are house made - which makes a huge difference.

When we started B Greek Kitchen in 2018, we designed the interior to feel like a little slice of Greece - right here in Lynbrook, NY.
We take pride in everything we do, and view our restaurant as an extension of ourselves. That's why we laid the stone tiles and refinished the tabletops with stain and epoxy ourselves.
